CLP reporting is rapidly becoming a
standard in environmental test reporting. However, filling out CLP forms
with a typewriter is both inefficient and tedious. CLP Forms Templates
ease you through the appropriate fields and save time, because all the
formatting is already done for you. You start with a main menu that lists
all of the forms and then just choose the form you need. The analyst
simply tabs from one field to the next, enters the data, and saves the
completed form as a worksheet.
The different fields are color coded to
inform the analyst if the data required is automatically calculated, if it
is common header information, or if it is a data input field. Automatic
calculation is executed within the spreadsheet for calculated values and
the number of decimal places is adhered to as per the Statement of Work.
Header information needs to be input only once. Simply click on the mouse,
and the header information for each form is automatically pasted for
subsequent forms. Notes are attached to column headers and cells to help
the analyst input the exact format that is required to properly fill out

Laboratory Program Statement of Work for Inorganic or Organic Analysis.
Completed forms can be printed or archived for later retrieval. Data can
