This program includes four different forms
for reporting sewage treatment plant parameters. The first form is a daily
physical and chemical process report for logging flows, temperature, pH,
suspended solids, and much more. Maximums, minimums, and averages are
automatically calculated and reported. Also included is a complaint
memorandum with a listing of 18 common complaints, a complete field report
for reporting disposition of dry and bio-solids, and a preliminary
equipment inspection report. These forms can all be printed or archived
for permanent storage and easy access to historical data. All of the forms
can be easily modified to accommodate your specific needs. The data can be
exported to a variety of file formats. (Requires Windows 3.1, 95, 98, NT,
2000 or XP and Excel 5.0 or higher).
