Now you can manage your MSDS information
using Microsoft Excel or Word. Included are templates for the standard
OSHA 174 form and the CMA 16-part form. To complete a form you simply
click to open the template, navigate between the boxes on the form, and
enter your data. The templates and completed forms take advantage of the
TrueType font technology to print accurate OSHA 174 forms on any printer
that supports TrueType fonts under Windows 3.1 or 95, 98. This includes
most laser, dot-matrix, ink-jet, and Postscript printers. Most FAX boards
also support this technology. You can distribute your MSDS's consisting of
the forms plus your data, blank forms, or just the data. MSDS's can be
distributed to your customers or co-workers on paper, or electronically on
disk, over a network, via modem, or by FAX.
