Composition To Mass
This program accepts as input a text file containing compositions (one per line) and outputs a text file containing compositions and their corresponding masses. The input and output file can be either tab-delimited or comma-delimited depending on a parameter set in the Options menu.
The Type-In menu action displays an interactive composition-to-mass converter that lets you type in a composition and view the corresponding mass (monoisotopic, average, nominal, and lowest-mass-isotope).
