Enzyme Kinetics!Pro is a tool developed by
SynexChem to statistically evaluate experimental data of kinetic enzyme
studies. The user can calculate initial rates from time series data and
directly evaluate Michaelis-Menten constants considering the most
important inhibition models. The program consists of a specially designed
relational database that is very easy to use. It features advanced
graphics and statistical routines. Data acquired with the previous
EKinetics program version can be processed. For parameter and error
estimation, the program features the classical linearization methods such
as the classical Lineveawer-Burk, Eadie-Hofstee and Hanes-Woolf
transformations, and, in addition "the rigorous least squares
method."
