Customer Service Assistant
Qualified individual will have experience in heavy phone contact, customer service, written and verbal correspondence, mail merges and dealing with various levels of customer requests. You will maintain and update customer mailing list through process of lead entry. Fill customer requests for demos and additional information. Assist sales department in scheduling calls and filling customer requests. Provide back up for Order Entry/Shipping position. Continually interact with all personnel at all levels of company

Candidate must be self-motivated, possess excellent communications skills, able to meet frequent deadlines and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company mailing list
  • Entry of all e-mail requests received
  • Input and send out all demo requests received
  • Provide back up support to Order Entry/Shipping position
Qualifications
  • Excellent written, verbal and phone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with all types of people
  • Knowledge of Windows, and Microsoft Office, including: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work under and meet deadlines
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks at one time
  • Accurate and timely data entry skills
