The ideal candidate for Data Specialist will provide data analysis and management services to customers using ChemSW enterprise software. This position, which is part of the ChemSW Enterprise Support department, works in conjunction with Software Development to provide the following forms of support to customers: querying for data extraction and reporting; data integrity maintenance; data migration/import; query and index optimization; schema management. The qualified individual will interact with customers on a frequent basis and must be responsive to customer needs. At least two years experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server database management are required. Familiarity with data mapping/migration/transformation or database design helpful.
