Software Priority Support Contract Provides you with:

- Free Web downloads of updates, but not upgrades.
- Free media replacement in the event of damage or failure.
- Priority call back status.
- Direct access to level 2 support as required.
- Call history and tracking of individual customer issues.
- Saves you money - eliminate the $100 per support issue charge (desktop systems only).
Hardware Priority Support Contract will provide you with:
- One-year extended warranty through ChemSW, Inc.
- Assistance in initial setup and installation of hardware.
- One year of unlimited e-mail or telephone technical support.
- Free hardware repair or replacement in the event of damage or failure.
Purchasing a ChemSW Priority Support Contract will not only increase uptime; it will also increase program dependability.
