The ideal candidate for System Administrator will provide system administration services to customers using ChemSW enterprise software. This position, which is part of the ChemSW Enterprise Support department, works in conjunction with Software Development to provide the following forms of support to customers: Evaluation and upgrading of new hardware; maintenance of Windows upgrades and service packs; installation and configuration of ChemSW enterprise software; configuration management and change control of test and production platforms; application monitoring and troubleshooting. The qualified individual will interact with customers on a frequent basis and must be responsive to customer needs. At least two years experience in system administration are required.
